A small tool developed at The Next Web Blog which provides you with a floating window of funny symbols you can use in Twitter. Note: These symbols also work on other sites as well such as Rejaw, Plurk, Kwippy, and more. These symbols can be accessed by dragging a link to your browser bookmarks toolbar & then clicking it whenever you want the floating window of symbols to appear.
