This is very cool. I try to go to all of my social sites every day, but I find myself spending a lot of time on the one that interests me at the moment and, before I know it, there is no time to visit the rest. By using one of these social aggregators I can keep up with everything. Thanks for posting this

You opened my eyes to the real internet.. I never heard of news aggregators, thanks for the introduction and detailed review. Keep the good posts coming, cheers.
Nyway, What advantage doe these provide over a custom start page like Google homepage or Netvibes, other then already having most social sites loaded?

Thanks for the list. I browsed through a few and selected Minggl, mainly because it supported the main networks I’m on: Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. And it’s got an update blaster that lets you update all your networks with one post, which is a feature I really wanted. Nice that it streams all your contacts’ updates in one place too. So far so good. I’ve yet to explore its other features.

Yea I’ve tried Youmeo. I didn’t know about it back when I wrote this post. I didn’t really like it but it’s definitely one to try.
