It's amazing how much of a response this post is getting! As to your criticisms, I prefer Twhirl because it notifies when it updates, as opposed to tabbing around in SocialAddict, and I do use Digsby, though I seldom IM very much. Also, Twhirl carries Identi.ca (which I am also on, of course!) and Seesmic, which I just got a spanking new Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000 to play with. Thanks for the feedback!
