Take the Pain out of Applying for Jobs with Canvas Resources

Canvas Resources is a great new services that lets you painlessly apply to jobs, by doing it for you. Canvas Resources is much different from a resume blast service that submits your information to random job boards; it submits your information directly to companies in a natural way. It’s fairly quick and easy to get setup and applying to jobs; let’s take a look.

First, you must select the companies that you would like to work for. You can do this by entering your zip code so that it knows your location. The advance search options let you also search by industry and city. After you enter your zip code you’ll get a list of companies that you can apply directly to on Canvas Resources. Check off the companies that interest you and then move on to the next step. You’ll also be able to see how many miles the companies are away from you.

You’ll need to create an account in order to keep on with the process. This is as simple as entering your email address and creating a password. Next you’ll be prompted to upload your cover letter and resume (in word or PDF format). After that you’ll have to fill in your “Candidate Information”. This is what employers will see along with your resume so you’ll want to fill it out thoroughly. Things included here are basis info, demographics, previous employment, references and education info.

Next you’ll have to pay a fee to submit your information to the selected companies. Each company is $1.99 so the cost will depend on how many companies you’ve selected. You can pay by credit card or PayPal. After that, Canvas Resources will take the time to manually submit your information to the selected companies — thus saving you hours of time that you will be able to use on something else. According to the site, “this allows you to bypass job boards and third party agencies while delivering your resume information directly to the companies you want to work for”.

Later, you’ll be able to log into your account and see the companies that you have applied to. You’ll be able to see t he date at which you applied and your username and password for the company’s career section (created for you by Canvas  Resources).

Don’t give up on finding work. There is something out there for you and Canvas Resources makes it that much easier for you to find it! It’s like having your own personal assistant that applies to jobs for you; what a huge convenience.

Canvas Resources doesn’t sound that different from say monster, jabrapido or other similar job searching sites, except that you have to pay a fee… I’ve never heard of Canvas resources so unless it is recommended by companies it doesn’t sound really worth the price…

I saw google ads for this website and placed an order(2 companies) and they did the work within 24 hours, so at least it saved me 2 hours of work, those sites had such a long resume builder.
