Searching for the Perfect, Affordable Laptop Accessories

Once again, I’ve been searching for the perfect laptop stand. One of the featured products over at LaptopStand.org is this really cool HP Business Dual Hinge Notebook Stand (pictured below). I know it says “HP”, but I’m actually thinking of using it for my Macbook Pro. I think it’s definitely a steal for $76.99. It’s adjustable and has a nice height to it.

What are the benefits of a laptop stand? Well for one, it saves your lap from getting burned. Most laptops can get pretty hot after running for a while. So, if it’s sitting on your lap then you’ll definitely start to feel the heat!

Also, many laptops have vents on the bottom of them (for ventilation purposes). If this vent is covered up for too long (by a bed comforter or your lap) it can start to overheat. This is definitely something you don’t want; so it’s best to get a laptop stand.

I have also been looking for a protective laptop sleeve that is stylish yet affordable. I am really liking the Case Logic 17″ MacBook Sleeve for $26.67 (pictured below). I have a 17” MacBook Pro so it’s harder to find a large sleep to fit but this Case Logic sleeve is very professional looking and extra padded for protection.

Who wants to lug around a huge bag or backpack? Sometimes you just want something small an economical like this laptop sleeve.

What are the benefits of a laptop sleeve? Well, they’re mainly for protection purposes. Plus, they’re great space savers. Like I said above, bags an backpacks can be bulky and heavy. A laptop sleeve is small, economical and easy to carry.
