Currently, Ping.fm lets you update your Bebo, Blogger, Facebook, Hi5, Jaiku, LinkedIn, LiveJournal, Mashable, MySpace, Plurk, Pownce, Tumblr, Twitter & Zanga accounts.
You can choose to ping your micro-blogs, statuses, or blogs.

Ping.fm is a great tool for anyone who has a blog. The technology is an incredible time saver. I use them to easily distribute my posts on my Real Estate blog.
