Q: I live outside of the US and Canada, can I use Jott?
A: You can only register for Jott with a US or Canadian telephone number.

Oooh this looks fantastic. Shame it’s not available outside of the US and Canada because it’s a great way for people to stay in touch with others very quickly and easily. About time a voice led tool came out that was really useful.
