A web interface for Twitter with built in auto refresh, search & hashtags. Offers full follow, block, notifications features. You have the ability to view user bio, location, URL inline with tweets. You can also watch conversations with “in reply to” links. iTweet does not save any of your Twitter user information.

A web interface… At the moment I still feel this is slower, but on the plus side, every time you log on the interface might have been updated… No updates to download.
