I’ve been using cooliris for a while too and I can’t imagine being without it now. I remember seeing a big presentation video once that showed all the stuff it could do. There is definitely more to come. It’s taking the web to a whole new level. Have you tried the search me site http://www.searchme.com/. Thats great too.

After reading the article, I was quite confused because I have a plugin called PicLens installed for my Firefox, which looks exacly as Cooliris. But then I searched the Internet for both of them and found that Cooliris is a new name for PicLens. Nice! I will now immediately download and install a new version. Thank you for mentioning it!

Hi Deaf Tech, I don’t have any info on an addon that provides closed captioning. That is really something that needs to be done though. I will definitely keep an eye out & post one if I come across one!

I am big fan of 3D world of media interactive, and I am deaf myself as well. I was curious, don’t you have a option of add-on for closed caption in case if they want to use cooliris to view HULU full viewing movie in HD (depending on who have HD system) to watch and enjoy with closed caption for those who can’t hear ?

if you do have information, I would be graceful to mention it to my deaf and hard of hearing community.
