how do you use the flash phone i tried calling on it but it keeps saying no connection established

I have used Evaphone however [ http://evaphone.com ] and it’s a lot quicker & easier to use. I’ve used it a few times.
i have downloaded globe7 but not able to sign in globe7 phone so i cannot chat or make PC to PC free calls.can u help.i am in oman
