10 JavaScript CSS Menus Free Collection

Menus are one of the most important parts of your website. They help direct your readers to what they want. Today there are thousands of websites on all the topics that you can think of. No matter how brilliant your content is, if your website is confusing, if your readers face problems in how to navigate through your site, you are going to lose a great percentage of them as they will quickly transition to some other site which is user-friendly. Besides, menus also enhance your SEO. Good sites use the high-ranking keywords in their menus to get traffic from search engines. These two reasons should be enough to convince you that you should take utmost care in designing your menus.

Below we have collected 10 beautiful and free menus designed with the help of JavaScript CSS. While thinking which one to choose do not only go on their beauty. Some of the menus are slide down menus which means that when a reader brings his cursor on a particular tab a small window “drops down” with more options. In some cases the dropped down menu further branches out into a new window when the cursor is brought on to it. Some menus appear in the top of the screen while others will appear in the left or right hand corners of the screen.

None of them are good or bad. Which one is “good” for you will depend upon your needs and requirements.

1. Slide down Box Menu

Unique sliding box navigation. The idea is to make a box with the menu item slide out, while a thumbnail pops up. We will also include a submenu box with further links for some of the menu items. The submenu will slide to the left or to the right depending on which menu item we are hovering.
